INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTERS

Please have a look at the programme booklet for the exact time of your presentation and the lecture room/hall.

The time allotted to your presentation is 15 minutes and 5 minutes for discussion.

A beamer and laptop will be available.

All speakers are requested to bring their presentation on a USB memory stick.

IMPORTANT: PowerPoint presentations must be saved in the MS PowerPoint 2003 format (IBM).
