INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

The size of usable space on the poster boards is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Your poster should be readable from a distance of 2-3 m.

The poster boards will be arranged in the order that they are listed in the program (according to the topic).

Poster fixation aids will be provided. Only these are allowed to be used.

Posters should be mounted on Sunday morning and must be removed on Sunday evening.

The poster area is open for poster viewing on Sunday all day.

On Sunday evening, time is reserved for an official poster session (16.50-19.00). During the first 30 minutes of this session, a poster walk will be held during which authors of 10 neighboring posters will present their work to their colleagues under the guidance of a poster coach. The allowed presentation time for each poster will be 2 minutes. After this poster walk, authors are encouraged to attend their poster for questions and discussion.

During the Sunday evening poster session, there will be an aperitif.
